Tick counter

A loop runs 100 times in a C program, to get the current tick via __rdtsc(), the output redirected to a file in RAM for php to subtract from the previous tick.

I coded the C program to learn more about jitterentropy, instead of calculating the tick difference in C (which is less random than printing and looping), I let PHP do it.
