Afternoon: Spend time on my chat... petting the cat, packing clothes and laptop (the battery serves as a smartphone charging power bank) for camp... so there may be a few days of delayed logs coz I'll be using flight mode on my phone to save power and not use it too much.
Evening, maybe 9-10pm: the users rack and manny had some nice chats when I was away and there, and I gave them the mod cookie. We ask general questions about food and our day (I now asked about games), and now I shared some mini blogging thing I coded (just allows posting and reading, not editing, deleting, replies, etc)
11pm: Spent more time on there.com, meeting a 63F user who used it since 2003 [post date: 03/Oct/2025]... even took her on a buggy ride across the desert village, and she told me that houses cost T$ 8000 a month (for reference, verifying age for $0.50USD gives T$ 1500, enough to buy a t shirt for T$ 1250, but not the shorts so one has the default)
11pm: The discord linked to my chat had varying conversation, went from interesting, to surprising, and eventually I needed to remind a user of the rules.
(maybe 4-7pm): On the linux side, I rebuilt an ISO, tried various times to install and fix... and I still want to fix the grub thing on a spare (newer) PC... but recovery USB works to boot it so that is good. Ideally grub will allow dual boot... the windows 11 and peppermint os partitions are there... just that idk how to get back into windows (oh well, I'll probably figure it out eventually, after camp)
Note: I ate rotti slices with egg, carrot, and maybe spices... for dinner (before 10pm?), and some prunes.
